School And Outreach
AIGP supports schools, colleges, public events, clubs, coaching centres, libraries, and local organizers who want to introduce Go in a structured and welcoming way.
Invite AIGP To Run A Session
For a school, college, library, board game event, or community venue, share your city, expected audience size, age group, preferred dates, available boards, language needs, photo permissions, and whether the session is online or in person.
What A Beginner Session Needs
Short Intro
Explain liberties, capture, territory, and passing. Keep ko and scoring details light until students have played a few games.
Small Boards First
Use 5x5, 7x7, and 9x9 boards so new players finish games, see captures, and understand territory quickly.
Follow-up Route
Give learners links to AIGP lessons, the community page, beginner-friendly online play, and a local club or repeat session if available.
Clubs, Institutions, And State Groups
AIGP can support people who want to build recurring Go activity in their city, state, school, university, coaching centre, or public venue.
Create A Local Club
Start with a regular venue, a reliable weekly time, beginner boards, one public contact, and short reports that can be shared on AIGP channels.
Build A State Or Campus Network
Collect organizers, venues, active players, workshop leads, and city contacts. AIGP can help align announcements, Association Update notices, and event records.
Where New Players Can Connect
AIGP's outreach work continues after a workshop through online groups, local meetups, school activity, and public community channels.

Guidance For Parents, Teachers, And Organizers
AIGP does not currently operate a staffed youth programme. We can, however, help schools, colleges, parents, and local organizers plan welcoming beginner sessions and find an appropriate route to continue playing.
Request A School Or College Workshop
Use the contact form to share the institution, age range, expected group size, city, preferred dates, language needs, available boards, and whether teachers or parents will be present. AIGP will respond where a suitable volunteer or organizer is available.
Start Small And Continue Locally
Begin with short games on 5x5, 7x7, or 9x9 boards, then offer a regular club time, a teacher or organizer contact, and a clear follow-up route through AIGP lessons, community groups, or a local session where available.
Parents And Guardians
Parents and guardians can use the contact form for questions about a workshop or local activity. Everyone involved should follow AIGP's conduct expectations, and concerns can be raised through the contact and escalation route.
Photos, Names, And Results
Before submitting photos or identifying information about children for AIGP channels, the organizer must obtain the appropriate parent/guardian and institution permission. Do not send private contact details. AIGP will not publish a youth calendar, standings, participant profiles, or identifying results until there is an operating owner and a documented consent and safeguarding process.
