Content Review Rules

These rules keep official content reliable, especially for national representation, policy updates, public event information, ratings records, and school or youth-facing content.

Editorial Standard

Publish facts, sources, and corrections clearly

Official pages should identify the responsible organizer or approver, avoid ambiguous deadlines, preserve source links, and update public mistakes with visible corrections when the change affects players.

Two reviewers

Association Update Notices

Official notices involving national representation, selection tournaments, or eligibility decisions.

Approver: At least two AIGP officers or delegated tournament officials.

  • Event name, host, format, and dates are included.
  • Eligibility rules and registration deadline are clear.
  • Tie-breaks, appeals route, and organizer contact are present.
Officer approval

Policy Pages

Constitution, conduct, privacy, terms, representation policy, and official process pages.

Approver: AIGP officer or delegated governance reviewer.

  • Change reason is documented.
  • Effective date or review date is included when relevant.
  • Contact or escalation path is visible.
Organizer review

Event Posts

Events, tournaments, workshops, camps, weekly sessions, and meetups.

Approver: Named organizer or event lead.

  • Date, time, timezone, format, and location/platform are included.
  • Organizer contact or contact route is present.
  • Registration or information link has a clear label.
Editorial review

News Posts

General news, reports, photos, and community updates.

Approver: AIGP editor or page maintainer.

  • Title, date, categories, description, image alt text, and source links are checked.
  • Photos are appropriate for public use.
  • External links have clear labels.
