Use the lightest appropriate route first. General questions can go through the contact form; event, eligibility, selection, conduct, or correction concerns need enough detail for review.

What To Include

Make the issue easy to verify

  • Your name and contact email.
  • The event, page, tournament, club, rating, selection, or issue being referenced.
  • Relevant dates, links, screenshots, pairings, standings, or game records when applicable.
  • The organizer or channel you already contacted, if any.
  • Whether the matter is urgent, sensitive, private, or child/youth related.
Escalation Path

Step By Step

1. Organizer First

Contact the relevant event organizer, teacher, club host, or AIGP contact channel named in the notice or event page.

2. Request Escalation

If unresolved, request escalation to the core team and include the details needed to verify the issue.

3. Publish Outcomes

Official outcomes, policy changes, selection decisions, or public corrections should be published through Official Notices when appropriate.
